DataDesk.app provides browser-based tools for viewing, editing, and converting CSV, JSON, and XLSX files. All processing occurs locally in the user's browser. We do not provide data storage or cloud hosting services.

2. "As-Is" Basis

Our tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our conversion engines:

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of converted or edited data.
  • We are not liable for any data loss resulting from browser crashes or user error.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use DataDesk.app for any illegal activities or to attempt to reverse-engineer the application's logic for malicious purposes. Since we do not host your data, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the files you process.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, code, brand name, and logo of DataDesk.app are the intellectual property of DataDesk. You may not reproduce or distribute our source code without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

"In no event shall DataDesk.app or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our tools, including but not limited to loss of data or profits."

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
